All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. We process orders within 1 business day, and delivery typically takes 3 to 18 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Rates

Orders over £40: Free shipping, on us.
Orders under £40: Flat rate of £4.99.

All shipping is prepaid. No surprise fees at checkout or on delivery.

Arrival Guarantee

We have been shipping Rod Armour products for over 10 years and have a near-perfect delivery record. If your order does not arrive within the estimated window, contact us at support@rodarmour.com and we will sort it out, whether that means tracking it down or sending a replacement.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment directly through Royal Mail website.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it at no extra charge, but delivery times will reset.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you within 2 business days with an estimated restock date. If the wait exceeds 18 business days, we will offer you a full refund.
